A Healthy Treat! 


1 very ripe avocado
1 lime OR 1 tablespoon of lime juice
8 small grape tomatoes
Fresh cilantro
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 teaspoon of red onion (diced)
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of pepper

** If you like it hot, add fresh jalapeño OR dried red pepper flakes


In a bowl, mash the avocado and lime juice together until it is fairly well mixed. I like to leave some lumps of avocado.

  1.  Mince the clove of garlic and dice the red onion fairly small. Add both to the bowl with the avocado and lime juice.
  2. Chop the cilantro. You will need approx. 1 tablespoon of the chopped cilantro. Add to the bowl.
  3. Dice the grape or cherry tomatoes and add to the « almost complete » dip
  4. Add the Salt and Pepper
