Thought it was about time to add another recipe!

I’ve been tweaking my curried chicken recipe for a little while now and thought I might as well share it, so others could give it a try and make changes if they liked too.

I found a recipe that called for yogurt and started there. Using coconut milk as a direct substitution and then adding ingredients, and replacing others on each new attempt. And VOILA! I hope you enjoy this as much as Mike and I :-)
