Feel like your allergies can be all over the place? That some days you feel like you have your dust, mold, dander and other environmental allergies under control? Ever wonder why   some days you’re just sneezing away and others your antihistamines are pretty good at “keeping them on the down-low” ?

I’m not a doctor, or allergist, so I don’t know exactly what is going on, and it can get a little frustrating at times. Anyone else in this boat? I have been trying to figure out what is going on and WHY I can’t seem to get things under control 24/7 yet I never let the feeling of out-most confusion take me down.

I’ve concluded that my current tactics of trying to keep an eye on what other things are going on in my life at each allergy or asthma flare-up are going to pay off over the long run. I figure if I can pinpoint 2 or more similar occasions I can compare. I kind of like looking at my life as a puzzle, trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t!

All I can say is when my allergy symptoms get worse, it’s usually associated with a cold that develops a few days later, or is a sign my body is actually fighting something. Maybe my immune system gets taxed a little too much? Who knows.
